I am a son of God and I am anointed and pointed to cook.


I personally source my ingredients - even traveling to Birmingham and Atlanta to ensure only the best quality products makes it to my kitchen and to your plate.   I personally prepare the fresh chicken, beef and goat to the highest standard.


I take care in producing my own spice blend for my jerk, curry and vegetarian dishes.  Our food is prepared fresh including our hand-cut home fries, steamed cabbage and plantains.
